Virtual Home Survey

Your life is bustling enough, particularly when arranging an upcoming move! Our Virtual Survey option is accommodating to your schedule and timing. With the Virtual Survey tool, you will select a time that fits your schedule. We offer evening and weekend times to respect your busy calendar.

When your scheduled time rolls around, your expert consultant will text you a link. Just tap it to connect with a live Corrigan person. This professionally trained surveyor will analyze all items that are moving. They will estimate packing quantities and figure out any custom crating or additional services you need. All you need to do is go through your home showing each room on your smartphone or tablet camera.

MyUnited Move Planner Portal

The MyUnited Move Planner Portal is your personal concierge to help you through the move process and ensure you are all set when pack day arrives!

Key to the portal is your interactive checklist. This list includes all the things that you need to do beginning at two months prior to your relocation day. Reminders include items important for your relocation – like signing paperwork and inputting credit card payment. It also includes all the other items that need to get done, like transferring medical records and updating your mailing address with the USPS. You can cross items off as you complete them and even add your own personal things, too.

At the time when you are ready to book your services, your documents will be on the site for you to go over on your computer. Read through it to make sure everything is complete and digitally sign your paperwork on your MyUnited site. If you want to pay via credit card, you are able to set this up, too.

Also, available on your MyUnited is your High Value Inventory form. This form must be executed prior to us loading your household goods. You are able to wait and complete it when our crews are in your home on move day, or you can do it ahead of time through the portal.

Electronic Inventory

When Corrigan Moving begins to load your cross-country or storage shipment, we build an inventory of every item through our digital inventory app – Flex. This process is very easy for our customers, making the move even smoother.

The inventory is created digitally, making it clear to look over and comprehend. Each belonging that is placed onto the truck will get an inventory sticker. The sticker number corresponds with the row on the inventory paperwork, so everyone is clear about what was picked up.

There are additional advantages to the Flex inventory, also. Your driver can add photos to the documentation, allowing it to be more specific than ever before. Signatures are a breeze when signing electronically, reducing the length of time required to complete paperwork. Through these technological improvements, your move will be smoother than ever before.
